NON-REFUNDABLE SCHOOL FEE POLICY

APPLICABILITY

The Non-Refundable School Fee Policy applies to all Parents or Legal Guardians of Enrolled Children at Activity Infant School Early Learning Centre for the Academic Year 2026–2027. This Policy governs the terms, timelines, and conditions under which the Non-Refundable School Fee is payable to the School.

NON-REFUNDABLE SCHOOL TUITION FEE

Structure and Schedule

Please Note:

The Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee must be paid in full at the time of Admission by the Parents or Legal Guardian of the Enrolled Child. Admission will be confirmed only upon successful Payment and the submission of all required formalities within three (3) working days.

The due date of the 12th of February 2026 does not apply to Parents or Legal Guardians of Newly Enrolled Children for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

The Parents or Legal Guardians are also required to complete the Semester 2 Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee payment as per the schedule communicated separately by the School.

Payment Method

The Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee must be paid exclusively through the School’s Online Fee Portal using the HDFC QFix Internet Banking Gateway.

Transaction Charges

Credit Card Payments:

• 1.00% + GST

Debit Card Payments:

• 0.40% + GST for transactions up to INR 2,000/-
• 0.90% + GST for transactions above INR 2,000/-

Payment Receipt

Parents or Legal Guardians must download, save, and/or print the Payment Receipt generated by the HDFC QFix portal immediately after successful payment.

Duplicate Receipts will not be issued by the School under any circumstances.

Late Payment Penalties

The Parent or Legal Guardian must pay the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee in full and on time; failure to pay the same by the specified Due Date will attract a mandatory Late Fee of INR 500/- per day.

If the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee, including applicable Late Fees, is not received within fourteen (14) days from the Due Date, the School reserves the right to cancel the Child’s Admission or Continued Enrolment without further notice.

Overpayment Adjustment

Any excess Payment made toward the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee will not be refunded. Such an excess amount may, at the sole discretion of the School, be adjusted against the subsequent Semester’s Fee.

ADDITIONAL FEES

All Additional Fees and Charges will be payable over and above the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee and will be communicated to the Parents or Legal Guardians as and when applicable during the Academic Year.

NON-REFUNDABILITY

The Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee and all other Fees, once paid to the School and/or any External Vendor appointed or associated with the School, are strictly Non-Refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Withdrawal
• Transfer
• Discontinuation
• Absence
• Suspension or Dismissal of the Child
• Any other reason whatsoever

COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL

The School will communicate with the Parents or Legal Guardians only to the Child’s Registered School Email Address.

The Parents or Legal Guardians must communicate with the School exclusively from the Child’s Registered School Email Address to info@activityinfantschool.com

The School will not recognize, respond to, or correspond with Emails received from any other Email Address.

COMPLIANCE

The Parents or Legal Guardians are required to strictly comply with this Non-Refundable School Fee Policy to avoid inconvenience, delays, or disruption to their Child’s Admission or Continued Enrolment. Compliance ensures the smooth functioning of the School’s Administrative and Academic Processes.

FEE REVISION AND ADJUSTMENTS

The Non-Refundable School Fee Policy is legally binding on all Parents or Legal Guardians. The School reserves the right to modify, revise, or amend this Policy, including its Rules, Regulations, Structure, and Schedules, at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will be binding upon Parents or Legal Guardians.

LEGAL EFFECT

This Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee Policy forms an integral and legally binding part of the Admission and Continued Enrolment Terms and Conditions of Activity Infant School Early Learning Centre.

By making payment of the Non-Refundable School Fee, the Parent or Legal Guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions contained herein.
