Fee Policy


Payment made towards the Registration Form and its processing is non-refundable, non-transferable under any circumstance and does not guarantee an interview or admission.

Registration Form Fees need to be paid at the time of submitting the form online via the Online Payment Gateway.

The School is providing additional services to pay either by using Credit or Debit Card as well.

Charges for the same are as per the Reserve Bank Guidelines and are subject to change by the RBI at any given point of time:-

Debit Card: 0.75% for Amount upto Rs. 2000 and 1% for Amount above Rs. 2000.

Credit Card: 1.10% on the Total Transaction Amount.


Admission Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment via NEFT only.

The Admission Fees paid to the school are neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstance.

Annual Tuition

Fees can only be paid through our HDFC Internet Banking Gateway. The school will not be accepting fees through Online NEFT Transfer, Cheque or Cash as the mode of payment.

The School is providing additional services to pay the fees either by using a Credit or Debit Card as well.

Charges for the same are as follows as applied by the Bank and RBI Guidelines:-

  • Credit Card: 1.10% on the Total Transaction Amount (Visa, Master and Diners)
  • Debit Cards: 0.75% for value < Rs. 2000 & 1.00% for value > Rs. 2000

Failure to pay the fees or any other dues payable to the school by the due date will result in payment of late fee which shall amount to Rs 200/- per day. If the school fees and the late fee are not paid within 14 days from the due date the school holds the right to deny the admission of the child in the school premises.

The fee schedule given is subject to change from time to time in accordance with the rules and regulations as prescribed by the government or the school and the parents will be duly notified of the same.

The fees are charged (must be paid) quarterly, half yearly or annually and must be paid in full on time as per the Email Notification sent by the school at the start of the year.

If the child leaves the school, the parent must be aware that school fees once paid are not refunded under any circumstances. This is a mandatory rule followed by the school.

The school leaving certificate will be issued only after all dues of the school are cleared.

Extra Classes

Payment mode and charges will vary subject to the class and the same will be as prescribed by the school

Fees for all extra classes are not included in the school fees and have to be paid at the time of enrolling for the classes.

In case cheque is provided for extra classes and is returned by the bank the same will attract a penalty of Rs.300/- as bank and administrative charges.

Security Deposit

In case given to the school there will be a refund provided only if a written application of withdrawal is duly submitted via email to info@activityinfantschool.com. In the said application the parent must state the following details-

  • Name of the Child
  • Environment the child is studying in
  • Reason for leaving the school
  • Last date of attendance

The aforesaid application must be written 15 days in advance and not during school holidays.

A copy of the original receipt along with the School Leaving Certificate must be presented to collect the Security Deposit.

Security Deposit must be collected within a period of 90 days from issuance of Leaving Certificate.

The Security Deposit collected by the school is an interest free refundable amount, subject to deductions in-case fees are not paid or any damage or loss is caused to the School by the student.

The refundable Security Deposit amount will be transferred by way of cheque in the name of the same account from which the deposit was received.

The rules and regulations formulated by Activity Infant School Montessori Internationale construe for smooth and effective functioning of the school. Activity Infant School Montessori Internationale, reserves all rights to amend the fee and set regulations when needed and found necessary.
