School Tuition Fee Policy

The School Tuition Fee Policy for the Academic Year 2024-2025.

School Tuition Fee Calendar

This Fee is divided into Two Semesters.

Semester 1

From the 1^st of March, 2024 to the 31^st of August, 2024

Due Date: the 16^th of February, 2024

Semester 2

From the 1^st of September, 2024, to the 28^th of February, 2025

Due Date: the 9^th of August, 2024

Additional Fees

Any other Fees and Charges applicable throughout the Academic Year will be communicated via Email or Google Classroom Announcements to the Child's Registered School Email Address.

Refund Specifications

The School Tuition Fees are Non-Refundable if the Child leaves the School under all circumstances.

School Tuition Fee Revision

The School reserves the right to revise the School Tuition Fee and the Schedule, notifying Parents as per the prevailing Rules and Regulations.

Regulatory Compliance

The School Tuition Fee Structure and Schedule are subject to change as per Government Regulations or School Policies.

Payment Caution

If an overpayment occurs, the excess amount cannot be reimbursed but will be adjusted in the subsequent instalment.

Late Payment Details

If the School Tuition Fee Payment is not made by the Due Date, a Late Fee Charge of INR 500/- per day will be applicable. After 14 days, if the Parent does not complete the School Tuition Fee Payment along with the applicable Late Fee Charges, the School reserves the right to deny Admission to the Child.

Deactivation of Gateway

The Non-payment of the School Tuition Fee by the 15th day post the Due Date will result in the deactivation of the QFix Payment Gateway and the potential denial of the Child's Admission.

Payment Method

The School Tuition Fee Payment will be made Online via the School's Fee Portal, accessible through the HDFC QFix Internet Banking Gateway.

For any payment concerns, the Parent can contact the HDFC Bank Relationship Manager, Mr. Virendra Yadav, at +91 9987362442, or the QFix Customer Service Numbers +91 8369191880 or +91 7045758635, or Email info@qfixinfo.com. The responses, if any, will be provided within 48-72 Working Hours.

Communication Specifications

The Parents can Email info@activityinfantschool.com from the Child's Registered School Email Address for all School Tuition Fee-related queries.

Receipt Details

The Parents must download, save, or print the Payment Receipt from the HDFC QFix Portal immediately after Payment, after making the School Tuition Fee Payment, as the School cannot provide the same to the Parent.

Credit/Debit Card Charges

Credit Card payments incur an additional charge of 1.10% + GST.
Debit Card payments incur 0.40 % +GST for transactions ≤ INR 2,000 and 0.90%+GST for transactions > INR 2,000.

The Parents must carefully review and adhere to this Policy to avoid inconveniences and ensure a Productive Academic Environment for the Child.

Fee Payment Towards Enrichment and Holiday Program:

The School Tuition Fee does not include Enrichment and Holiday Program fees, and the parent must pay the same when enrolling the child in the Program.

Please note:

• The Fees for the various courses under the Enrichment and Holiday Program are different as prescribed by the School. The Fee for any Enrichment and Holiday Program needs to be made Online via the Respective Portal on the Website.
• Enrolment in Enrichment and Holiday Program is also applicable to children who are not a part of the Activity Infant School Early Learning Centre. The Fee for any Enrichment and Holiday Program needs to be made Online via the Respective Portal on the Website.
• Fee once paid for any Enrichment and Holiday Program is Non-Refundable under any circumstance.
